Hija de Sanchez Taqueria in Copenhagen, Denmark

Hija de Sanchez Taqueria at Kødbyen was so nice, we ate there twice. Rosio Sanchez, the chef behind this worked at Noma and employs the same ethos of nordic cuisine. Fresh, from scratch, and local ingredients. The location and days bring about different taco selections and this location has black rice and beans. We had pastor, barbacoa, and the rotating veggie. Pictured below is potato. We highly recommend and it’s flavor packed and such a unique twist to Mexican flavors.
